"Can Micalo" is a completely renovated house, with a minimalist style, with plenty of lighting and a spacious exterior both in front of the sea and in the back of the house where the beautiful saltwater pool (7m x 3m) is located, with 6 sun loungers in a grass area, a large wooden table and a also furnished terrace connected to the house, which will make your stay comfortable and pleasant.



It is a house located in the bay of Puerto de Pollensa, facing the sea, with impressive views of the beach and the mountains of Formentor and Alcudia.



The house has a living-dining room with a large sofa from which the sea can be seen directly, thanks to the terrace and its large window. This spacious terrace is furnished with a table and armchairs to enjoy a coffee while watching the spectacular sunrise. In addition, the living room is integrated with the kitchen, fully equipped and very spacious.



There are three double rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and double bed, and the other two with two single beds each. In addition, there is a second independent bathroom with shower. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and wifi. Pool towels are available in addition to bath towels for all guests.



Definitely, Can Micalo is a highly recommended option for your vacation in Mallorca, as it has a privileged location, just a few meters from the walled town of Alcudia, where you can enjoy the famous weekly market on Tuesdays and Sundays. In addition, Pollensa Bay is famous for being an ideal place to practice water sports such as Kite surfing. A school is located just a few meters from the house.

Lovely place to stay!

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean, with lovely pool. Plenty of parking on drive, with a lovely beach opposite. Alcudia town is just 5min drive down the road

We had a lovely stay at this property.

The outside area was fab with both terraces at the front and back we could get sun all day! Property had everything we could need. Beautiful nature reserve with bird watching close by and you can see flamingos from the pool! As well as beach on the front of the house Would stay again!

Wonderful stay

Just spend 9 nights staying at the lovely villa. Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed having our own little private villa with a pool. I don’t think the pictures quite do it justice this place is pretty special. Such a great location in between 2 lovely town centres with lord of beaches, bars and restaurants. Bus stop is 5 minute walk, but walk into Alcúdia old town is only 20 minutes. Great for kids. We took our 2 year old and he loved it. Thank you for the wonderfully stay.

Lovely stay

We had a really lovely stay at the villa, the location is perfect when you like cooking your own food, enjoy a beautiful scenery and a quiet and natural beach. Shops and restaurants are a bit further away but we didn't mind that. Dishwasher door was malfunctioning and some more kitchen utensils hade been good.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay.

Lots of space for everyone. The house is just like the photos and more. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped with all the tools you may need to cook and serve meals. Very spacious back yard with pool. The property was great at responding and needs our concerns during our stay. Every room has their own AC including the living room area. Big glass slider doors with ocean views and stunning natural light throughout the house.

Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten gemütlich und die Bäder hatten eine gute Größe. Küche war super ausgestattet, neue Bosch-Geräte, alles top in Schuss. Pool wurde auch während des Aufenthalts gereinigt, außen gefegt. Super praktisch ist die Dusche in der Garage, so trägt man keinen Sand ins Haus. In der Garage befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine, alles in allem sehr großzügig, ist in echt alles größer als auf den Bildern. Meerblick war toll, gerade wenn die Kitesurfer unterwegs waren. Check-In und Check-Out durch Schlüsselbox sehr unkompliziert. Die Straße vor der Tür hört man, auf der Terasse mit Meerblick zu frühstücken war uns zu laut, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Dafür ist man in ein paar Metern im Meer, das haben wir sehr genossen.

Die Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet!

Sie ist größer, als sie auf den Bildern aussieht. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut gelöst, die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber! Restaurants sind in 2 Min fußläufig erreichbar. Mit einem großen Auto kann es schwierig werden, da die Gassen rund um die Wohnung sehr eng sind, aber dadurch gibt es auch nicht unnötig viel Verkehr. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

La description de la maison était complètement fidèle, un environnement magnifique, vue à couper le souffle des 2 cotés. Avoir deux terrasses pour se poser est vraiment agréable quand l’une est au soleil l’autre est à l’ombre. Nous avons eu un petit soucis d’invasion de fourmis et 10 min après notre appel à idéal property un jeune homme est venu nous en débarrasser, je n’ai jamais connu plus réactif ! J’étais un peu sceptique sur les 300€ à donner pour l’électricité mais ils nous ont rendu les 3/4 de la somme le jour même de notre départ et ayant peu consommé nous avons bien la preuve que cette société est correcte.

Wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, diese wurden direkt am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht. Der Gastgeber war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist super, nur etwas laut, da es direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, hinten im Garten und Pool hört man davon nichts. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft!

Unser Aufenthalt in Can Micalo war einfach super! Das Haus ist modern und geräumig, die Bäder sind top und die Betten mega gemütlich. Der Pool und der Poolbereich sind richtig schön, und nach starkem Regen wurde der Pool sofort gereinigt. Es gibt sogar einen Basketballkorb und zwei Terrassen zum Chillen. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, inklusive Geschirrspüler. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Klein puntje: 2 handdoeken pp vonden wij wat weinig. Bij de badkamer aangrenzend aan slaapkamer is een nieuwe douchekop/stang niet overbodig. Douchedeuren onderin niet schoon.

Ein wunderbares Haus in sehr guter Lage

Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen! Die Kommunikation und der Check in verlief reibungslos. Bei Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das Haus nicht gereinigt wurden und waren zunächst enttäuscht. Das möchte ich aber nicht als negativen Aspekt darstellen weil sowas mal durchrutschen kann. Uns wurde auf Nachfrage direkt geholfen und es kam umgehend ein Reinigungsteam. Das unterstreicht nur die sehr gute Kommunikation und den guten Service. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet, sauber und ordentlich. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub im schönen Hinterland Mallorcas haben möchte ist hier richtig. Wenn der Weg aus dem Schlafzimmer zum Pool genauso weit ist wie der Strand kann man absolut nichts gegen sagen.

Schönes Objekt

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort. Alles war sauber und der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Schön wäre noch ein Handtuch-Wechsel nach einer Woche. Ansonsten gerne wieder. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Parkplatz ist auf eigenem Vorplatz sehr praktisch.

Sehr schöner lebendiger Ausblick zum Meer und relaxter Ausblick zum Hinterland, beides im einem!

Sehr sauberes Objekt, ausgestattet mit allem was man so im täglichem Leben braucht. Aussicht vorne zum Meer sehr schön und lebendig aber Abends sehr ruhig. Aussicht hinten zu den Bergen sehr relaxt und erholsam. Wir würden dieses Objekt wieder auswählen, hat uns sehr gefallen.

Great property

The villa is in a great position and has good facilities. Two areas for improvement, 1. mid-stay linen/towel change; 2. a better range of cookware, especially smaller pans. Apart from these, we had a great stay and would return.
