Village house in the heart of Camplong d'Aude.
With 3 floors, the kitchen on the ground floor, the living room as well as 2 bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor as well as a small balcony and on the top floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a large terrace.
You have the river 10 minutes from the house as well as Lagrasse one of the most beautiful villages in France. The sea is about 40 minutes away and if you like sports holidays, the Alaric offers you a nice playground for hiking, trail running or mountain biking with 600m of difference in altitude! Camplong also offers you the possibility to come and swim at the communal swimming pool.
