75 sqm Non smoking apartment on the first floor with stately ceiling height with listed equipment details. Living room with fireplace, stucco and historic wooden floor, comfortable seating, desk with views of the sea and a small library. Cable TV and audio technology in a stylish cabinet. Veranda with historical floor tiles, floor to ceiling windows for views of the ocean and the waterway and historic railing, table and small sitting area. A double bedroom with sea view, carpet, dresser and closet, the second double bedroom has a balcony, carpeting and large wardrobe. Separate kitchen with complete equipment (dishwasher, microwave, oven), tiled floor. Bathroom with tub and toilet. A parking lot, a separate storage room on the property as well as washing machine, dryer are also available. There is a deposit of 50 euros for the radio remote control for the bollards to driving on the promenade.

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, sehr nett eingerichtet.die Lage ist super und geht nicht besser.
Ahlbeck ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Man bekommt jede Menge geboten und auch bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es jede Mangel Angebote.

Eine wirklich in jeder Hinsicht hervorragende Unterkunft.
Sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet, ideale Lage.
Das einzige was fehlte, waren Wolldecken und Kissen im Wohnzimmer.
Der Blick und die Lage sind unschlagbar.

Fantastische Lage
Besser geht’s nicht: die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal mit unverstelltem Blick auf die Ostsee direkt an der Promenade ggü. von Uwes Fischerhütte. Wir haben viele Stunden auf der wunderbaren Loggia verbracht und dort gegessen, gelesen und dem
Treiben zugesehen – plus: am Strand ist man in 1min. Ausstattung ist i.O., Highlight ist ein kleiner Schuppen auf dem Innenhof, in dem man z.B. Strandausstattung lagern kann.
Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten:
- Wäscheständer hinzufügen
- Bad-/Toilettengeruch kontrollieren
Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt und wirklich vollständig eingerichtet. Filtertüten,Gewürze,CD's,Lesestoff, usw.,usw.
Sauber und gut geheizt.Veranda zum Strand gut für jedes Wetter.
Parkplatz auf dem Gelände einschl. zur Wohnung gehörender abschließ-
barer Fahrradschuppen.
Bahnfahrt nach Swinemünde in 6 Minuten problemlos.Fußweg zum Bahnhof dagegen ca. 15 Minuten.
