Der erste Urlaub auf Usedom hätte besser nicht sein können. Das sehr saubere und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern als auch mit der Hausverwaltung vor Ort war schnell und sehr herzlich. Den Kaffee am Morgen, mit Blick auf das Achterwasser, werden wir sehr vermissen. Loddin/Kölpinsee ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel. Ob mit dem Fahrrad oder (mit der Usedom Card) kostenlosen Bahn, man kommt überall schnell hin.
Die Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon sind unbezahlbar!

Ausstattung

Das Haus ist mir persönlich etwas zu sporadisch eingerichtet, es fehlen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Sofabereich, TV zu klein, Esstisch für 6 Personen zu klein.Das parken mit zwei PKWs ist kompliziert aufwändig.

Gelungener Urlaub

Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet. Es war eine himmlische Ruhe. Vom Haus aus führten uns viele Radwege über die ganze Insel. Es ist ein Wohlfühlort.

gut getroffen

Aussen: Hier müsste die Terasse und das sonstige Holz gestrichen werden. Eine Treppenstufe hat ein großes Loch und ist notdürftig abgedeckt. Innen alles gut!! Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut. Wenn mit Agentur die Betreuung vor Ort gemeint ist, war diese sehr gut. Ansonsten habe ich mit FeWo keinen direkten Kontakt gehabt.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war ideal. Bis zum Strand sind es circa 2,4 km. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Erholung pur

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Die himmlische Ruhe in dem kleinen Ort Loddin hat zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Von hier aus haben wir die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad erkundet oder die nahe gelegene Bahn genutzt. Zu kritisieren ist nur die verwitterte Holzterrasse, an der wir uns barfuß Splitter eingerissen haben, hier wäre eine Erneuerung empfehlenswert. Alles in allem haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr ruhige aber schöne Lage. Haus war sehr sauber und alles da. Terrasse schon sehr verwittert und müsste sicherlich bald erneuert werden aber ansonsten sehr schön und erholsam. Man brauch Auto oder Rad um zum Bäcker oder Einkauf zu kommen, nur als Tipp :)

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, waren mit 6 Personen darunter 2 Kleinkinder.. Wur konnten uns sehr gut erholen , das Häuschen liegt ideal, schön ruhig... Man kann alles sehr gut mit Rad und Auto erreichen , guter Kontakt mit Vermieter etc ...

Familienurlaub

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir haben täglich auf der Terrasse gegessen und die Kinder haben im Garten gespielt. Die Betten waren gemütlich. Ein Ansprechpartner ist immer erreichbar. Uns wurde immer geholfen.

Sehr schönes Objekt, gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage

Das Objekt ist super gelegen, ruhig mit Blick aufs Achterwasser. Dennoch kann man auf Grund der zentralen Lage viel auf der Insel unternehmen. Sowohl die Kaiserbäder als auch Zinnowitz und Karlshagen sind gut erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder und war somit für uns perfekt. Der Check-In war sehr gut und die Vermieterin war sehr nett und stand uns bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut.

Hohe Erwartungen übertroffen

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage und ist mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. (Fast) alles ist vorhanden. Man fühlt sich schnell zuhause. Für die Erkundung der Insel optimal gelegen.

Super Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das geräumige Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig, aber zentral. Es ist qualitativ hochwertig und sehr sinnvoll ausgestattet. Die Betreuung am Ort funktioniert gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Ein prima Standort, um die Insel Usedom zu erkunden und zu genießen!
