Not worth it

Avoid! Book else where. We saw the bad reviews but we still wanted to give it a try... We stayed for 2.5 weeks and we didn't enjoy our stay. 1. It was not the same studio as the picture. 2. There was a STRONG sewer odor coming from the bathroom everyday which is a health hazard. We had headaches because of it. 3. there was a washine machine issue, therefore we had to go outside and pay to get our clothes cleaned. 4. We did not have a bath towel upon arriving, we could not shower for a day and when the staff brought towels, there was one with an odd stain on it. 5. My friend cut herself when she tried to take out the ironing board because there was 2 pieces of metal broken on it. 6. The showerheads were not cleaned, there was dirt and mold on it. I reported these issues multiple times via email ( because they won't answer you via the app). They either ignored my email or answered only one part. VERY bad customer service. The only pros would be that it is a secured building and it is close to a Tube station. If you want peace of mind, do not book this place!

The place is located close to the tube with multiple choices to land the city center. The flat has all the facilities you would need for your stay.

Bad location

This was not a good experience for my daughter and I. It was in a very bad location. We didn’t feel safe. They required information from us that none of the other places we stayed at required. Instructions told us to go to “nearest” store to pick up keys???? Nearest store???? We had to call and find out what in the world they were talking about. The man that gave us the keys was VERY unfriendly. We didn’t stay. Gave the keys back and found other properties. I would not recommend at ALL! Was a strange experience.

Terrible communication with property manager took the shine off of this stay

CONS: 1) TERRIBL response time from property manager. 24hr response to first email - good start! Then it went down hill. 72hr response to 3rd email. Then, no response to phone calls. 6 days for a response my email by which time the cancellation period had passed. 2) Property manager changed the check-in time (1-hour later) than the confirmation, and changed the check-out time (1-hour earlier). These changes were made AFTER the cancellation period, and different to the original confirmation. 3) 48hrs before arrival I still had no communication from property on how to access. After many calls to the property manager (none of which they responded to), and calls to VrBO for help, stress was added to my travel plans as I had no idea how to access this property. 12hours before my flight, the property owner finally contacted me via the VrBO platform stating they had tried to email me (no emails were in my junk folder or anywhere else - why they hadn't used the VrBo platform to contact me in the first place is a mystery). Their communication stated that I would receive instructructions on how to access the property at 5pm the day of arrival. This was NOT HELPFUL given that I was taking an 11-hour international flight, arriving at 10am London time and would be jet-lagged and searching for wifi to enable me to access this information on where to collect keys and access the property. 4) When I finally received property access details, we were able to pick up the keys, but being jet lagged affected my ability to absorb the additional information of a) locating the property as there the building is not numbered, and b) once we entered the building, the keypad to enter the unit caused another set of issues. These last set of problems could have been avoided if the property manager would have sent these vital pieces of information 48hrs earlier when we were in a rested and relaxed state with a reliable internet connection to read and absorb the information. PROS 1) 7 minutes walk to Seven Sisters Tube station (Victoria line) 2) Very spacious studio 3) Clean with good amenities. Full kitchen (oven and hob, dishwasher - no microwave) 4) Good internet. (Note: no TV) 5) Quiet surroundings. No noise from neighboring apartments or street sounds. The HORRENDOUS communication from the property manager will deter me from booking any accommodation with them AGAIN. I see they have more than property at this location listed on VrBO.
