Beautiful Modern Home!

A great place to call home for a week! The host was very attentive to a couple of small issues that came up. It's in an older neighborhood, but many of the houses are currently being renovated. This home is gorgeous, especially loved the backyard space and pool.

Why they chose this property

Why This property? Two main reasons.

First, the home itself. It is BRAND NEW and my team and I have carefully remodeled, reimagined, and redesigned it to accommodate the most discerning travelers and bring a comfortable, but luxurious organic modern experience right to the heart of sunny Scottsdale, Arizona.

Second, the location is unquestionably best in the city. The house is hop, skip, and a jump (about a five minute Uber or Lyft) from Old Town Scottsdale's downtown area which hosts the absolute best dining, shopping, art, and entertainment that the city has to offer. Likewise, the property is a short leap (about a fifteen minute from North Scottsdale which hosts the best resorts, spas, and golf that the city has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The property itself is a five bedroom three bathroom. The unique floorplan features two master bedrooms - one on the first floor and one on the second floor; both with en-suite bathrooms. Next to the second floor master, there is a bunk room perfect to keep traveling children close by.
