Quiet and tranquil spot

House was very nice just like the photos. A little far from the beach walk I didn’t think it was gonna be that far. Overall very clean. Welcome basket was a super nice touch.

Great stay as usual

Multiple times staying where and ways a pleasure. Just wish the Porch cafe was open while we were there. Mosquitos are a pain, but that’s everywhere down here. We’ll be back!

Great Beachtown Property

We enjoyed our stay at this beachtown property. Booking chairs and checking in were seamless. The property was clean and well furnished. We loved that there was plenty of dining room seating and lots of options for bedrooms. We love the area with its easy walk to the beach and close to Porch Cafe. Would definitely rent again.

Great beach rental

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. 4 adults-4 kids. Plenty of room to spread out. We’ll stocked, comfortable home. Short walk to beach. Loved that it was pet friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Beachtown house

House was so great! Loved the decorating, and everything was so new and modern. We just wish we had known the restaurant, ice cream shop, etc was all closed. A bigger grill for the patio would also be great, but otherwise a great stay!! Will book again!

Perfect spot for families and friends

We absolutely love this house! We have stayed by the beach, but the wind coming off the gulf makes sitting on the porch less than enjoyable since you have to shout to have a conversation. We loved sitting on the deck watching the ships move in and out of the bay. Kitchen is nicely appointed with a massive table for meals and games. Beds, linens, and facilities are top notch. I can’t recommend this enough, we will certainly be back.

Great Spring Break Getaway

Third time we’ve stayed at this property and it only gets better. The property is very clean, well stocked with basics and has unbeatable views of the inter-coastal and ship channel. Easy to walk down to the beach with the provided wagon. Very peaceful spring break with the family. Elevator is very helpful for unloading and taking things to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and have their own space.

Galveston stay

This property was amazing! It is more beautiful in person! Owners had beach wagons/cart we could use to help with carrying all our "stuff." We had a hiccup at check in and the property manager, Kailey (sp) was unbelievable! She went above what was needed to make sure our stay was wonderful! She needs a raise!! I HIGHLY recommend staying in this house!!

Great beach house

Overall the house was beautiful and Beachtown is a nice and quiet little community. The house was very clean and well taken care of. 5 stars on the quality of the house. The only only negative is that if you want to be close to the beach, it's a pretty long haul to walk and not convenient to carry gear over the walkway to the beach. Also you don't really have any ocean views from the house. The beach area is well maintained and not crowded.

The Perfect Family Beach House

I cannot recommend this rental enough! My family and I stayed in this house over the summer, and we all had the best time. If you are looking for a comfortable beach house with updated finishings within an easy walking distance to the beach – this is it! It comfortably fit our six adults and two children, with room for more. From the sleek, updated kitchen, to the understated and stylish beach décor, to the wrap around porch with unbelievable sunset views while watching the ships go by – we loved every minute of our stay. We were a very short walk to a private beach for the community, and there was also access to the pool. There was a large living room with many seating options which allowed for all of us to lounge comfortably, and an extended dining room table that allowed for special family meals. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and a spacious center island which was great for preparing meals and snacks. There was a covered garage for our cars, which also had many necessary beach-going items such as beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a wagon to bring your belongings. There was also an option to rent these daily, but we did not need to do that as the house came fully equipped! Even with our 2 year old toddler and 7 month old baby, we really had to pack very little as the house had most of what we needed for the week. We were a short drive to many of the fun restaurants on the island, as well as other activities, which was a huge plus. The community where the rental resides, Beach Town, was also wonderful. It felt very safe, as they had security patrolling nightly. There was also a darling café on the premises that provided breakfast, lunch and a great happy hour! Everything was perfect, and it was truly one of the best rentals that we have stayed in. We plan on renting the house each summer with our family and small children (which the bunk room was perfect for!). The attention to detail was unmatched, and you will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Clean and generous

Perfect house for family--adult children and grandchildren. The host graciously leaves the pantry stocked with oil and salt and other non-perishables unlike other houses where it's all locked up. Small thing but it matters if you need a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Well-stocked kitchen, great stove, great ice maker, steps away from the Porch Cafe.

We had a great long weekend at this house! It was beautiful and very comfortable. We had10 (ages 2 months to 65 years) people and were all very comfortable. The elevator was a huge help for loading/unloading ice chests and groceries. The beach was lovely!
