About the host
Hosted by Scott P or Deborah J Kerber
Scott is a retired small-town newspaper editor who grew up near Chicago, with most family vacations spent in northern Wisconsin. He has since lived in East Tennessee, Nebraska and Missouri, but he has always kept his love for the North Woods.
Scott's wife, Deb, is a wife, mother and customer service manager for a Messianic ministry and publishing house.
Daughter Stephanie is a social marketing manager for an interior design firm. Her hand can be seen in much of the interior design and decoration in The Little Pine Lodge.

Why they chose this property
Scott fell in love with Wisconsin's North Woods during several childhood vacations (most in the Spooner area) while growing up in the Chicago area.
What makes this property unique
The first time Scott visited the property, he was delighted by the number of happy faces he encountered during his relatively brief tour. Since purchasing Little Pine Lodge, he's seen that look of delight on his wife and daughter's faces, as they became won over to his appreciation of the North Woods and the beauty of Lincoln Lake. It's a feeling that's hard to avoid.
