About this property

Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all of the Keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. This amazing townhouse is located in the townhouse building closest to the marina, oceanside firepit area and rock jetty for some fun fishing. Have a great day on the water and end the day in the pool or bonfire on the beach.

This is a three level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 55" TV and a full size Sleeper Sofa able to accommodate two. Walk a little further in and you will find a small bedroom with two twin size beds. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen and living room with a 55" TV, front balcony and a rear balcony over looking the pirate ship playground which is steps away from the pool area. On the third level you will find the master bedroom with a King Size bed with a TV and another guest bedroom with two full size beds. Both bedrooms have balconies with seating. Two beach cruiser bikes also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

Parking is first come first serve and 2 Cars MAX per unit.

Wedding at Baker's Cay Resort

The property was fantastic! Enough space and bathrooms to accommodate 8 adults getting ready for wedding activities each day. THREE FULL bathrooms was perfect. Location was perfect for us as well, as we were only about 7 mins from our venue and plenty of good restaurants in the area. The condo had EVERYTHING you could need and great air conditioning (also a must). Very satisfied with our experience!

Exceeded expectations

Wonderful property. Nice pool. Need to coordinate launching a boat with higher tides and recommend renting a slip if you bring a boat. Friendly staff and guests. Easy check in even with a boat. Lots of trailer parking.

Nice vacation

The marina and the house is located very nicely.Short way to the pools.House was perfect for a group of 7.It was nice to have thre bathrooms.The three storys and diffetent balconys allowed separation and private moments.

Spring Break Get Away

The condo is as described and is in a very nice complex. The water access to the ocean is not quite what we had hoped and we quickly discovered that Key Largo doesn’t have much for beaches. This is no fault of the property, just something to be aware of; The pool access made up for it. Communication with the property manager was timely and Raul followed up on all issues that we had. While we were there the batteries were going dead in the keyless energy lock to get into the condo, so we had intermittent access issues, which was fixed the next day. The pull out couch was broken, blender was broken, and a few other miscellaneous things didn’t work. We ended up buying a new blender, and luckily the guest staying on the pull out couch was 18, so he did okay just sleeping in the couch itself. Raul was very apologetic and refunded some of our money. I was truly impressed with the speed that Raul responded. The condo is clean and has all the basics. The beds aren’t the most comfortable, and I do think people should be aware that the twin room downstairs is TINY and does not have any windows; It appeared bigger in photos. We recommended renting a golf cart, it added a fun addition for the teenagers and a lot of the people in the area get around using them. Pools were not overly crowded, complex was fairly quiet and had a lot of activities on site. There are some great restaurants in the area that we really enjoyed and was a bonus to not have to drive 30 minutes to get to them.
