Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our 3 / 3 townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club)with 24 hr security, 2 heated swimming pools a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor bbq areas, and tennis and pickle ball courts. The property gives guest ocean access to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving and sandbars.

Guest can fish, kayak or snorkel without leaving the property.

Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse with 2 living rooms gives plenty of space for guest to spread out and relax after a long day in the sun. First floor has a full bathroom with shower, bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with sleeper sofa and 55 inch smart TV. The second floor has another full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, a 70 inch Samsung smart TV in the living room with 2 outdoor balconies with seating, to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee. This unit is directly in front of the playground and only steps away from the pool. The third floor offers another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The master suite with a queen bed and TV and the second room has twin over full bunk bed with trundle. . Plenty of closet space in both bedrooms.

This townhouse provided the perfect place for our family of 5 to enjoy Florida. The layout ensures privacy, with a lovely and well appointed kitchen and family area . We were well stocked with everything we needed . The playground,being right across from us was a bonus for our 5 year old granddaughter! Our host Richard was very easy to contact ,which made our stay seamless. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the keys,and hope to return next year!

First Time in the Keys

We had two families that stayed here. 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was very spacious and clean. Very clear instructions. Beautiful home and great location. There's a playground right outside a lagoon. It had plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen and bathrooms were great as well! Definitely recommend the stay.

The condo was perfect for our 2 families of 4. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room. The host was great to deal with and helpful with our questions. The amenities of the property were fantastic with 2 heated pools and a private lagoon area to snorkel and kayak. It is located near many restaurants in a safe, gated area. We will be visiting again.

Great Stay

The townhouse is just as lovely as shown in the photos. We had plenty of room for everyone in our multi-age group. The amenities in the complex are great. The weather was a bit chilly when we were there or we would have happily spent more time by the water to watch the beautiful sunsets or sitting out on the porches for coffee or cocktails. The staircases are somewhat steep, so that was a concern for one older member of our party. While there was everything needed for cooking, there is much that is old and mismatched. The linens and towels are also of low quality and the pillows need to be replaced. It was a bit of a mismatch to the overall aesthetic of the property. The location is great and very convenient to everything. We had a great time kayaking and snorkeling at John Pennekamp Park which is just a few minutes away.

Had a great time here! The townhouse was clean and well kept, and the multi-level layout was nice to have. There are many great restaurants nearby, which made going out easy and fun. We also rented a boat for a day and had an amazing time on the water. The host, Richard, was very nice and very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!
