This modern log cabin In the heart of the White Mountains has convenient access to snowmobile trails and all the attractions, natural and manmade, that the area has to offer, with the award winning ski slopes of Bretton Woods less than 10 minutes away, and so much more! From Santa's Village, just 15 minutes away, to Bretton Woods and the Cog Rail, less than 10 minutes, to Cannon, Franconia Notch, Storyland and innumerable state parks, waterfalls and amazing hikes - you'll simply wish you had more time to see it all! Conveniently located, this wonderful log cabin is warm and cozy, with a spacious loft, stone gas fireplace, and surrounded by a great lawn - perfect for playing outside. And bring Fido - dogs are welcome as well!

Built in 2018, this cabin combines classic rustic feel with modern and functional amenities and scenic mountain views. Walk in through the lower level, where you will be welcomed by a large mudroom were you can leave your skis and boots. On the same level, a small living area with futon is a great spot for the kids to watch a movie while the parents hang out upstairs, and doubles as a private sleeping space; there is also a full bathroom with laundry on the same level.

Upstairs, you will find an open concept living space, which includes a very functional kitchen with modern appliances, rustic live edge dining table (seats 6), and living room with a beautiful gas fireplace with stone chimney and wall mounted TV. Two bedrooms (both queen bed) and a full bathroom are also on this floor. In addition, an open loft includes a queen bed with cozy, rustic décor.

NOTE: Handicap shower/toilet seat available in the closet under the stairs and there is an access ramp on the back side of the house that is vehicle accessible.

-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 3 Vehicles. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
