1,918 square foot Condo with newly remodeled granite counter tops and nice tile floors.

The master has a California king-size bed with walk-in closet, a private bathroom with custom walk-in shower & a private courtyard with a table and chairs.

The second bedroom is a suite with a California King-size bed, private bathroom and a flat screen TV.

The third bedroom has a California King-size bed and a flat screen TV.

One of the largest Covered Patios in the Country Club (with outdoor ceiling fan) overlooking Pool and Spa, 11th, 12th and 13th Fairways on the Championship Course. Could seat up to eight with a built-in BBQ Gas Grill.

The Semi-Private Pool and Spa are just twenty five feet from the covered patio.

This condo is truly the 'Best of the Best'

Amazing property

I have stayed at many other properties in Palm Valley but this property, by far, is the best one. The unit is spacious with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. The location is superb and the gated patio is great for the little ones. You will not be disappointed!

It is a beautiful property , But it needs a fair amount of TLC. The carpet was very dirty , which they had cleaned for us , the mattress should be replaced, toilet seat is broke, we did enjoy the property & would stay there again.

Perfect setting

This is a wonderful condo. As shown in the listing, it is steps away from the pool/hot tub. You can easily talk with family who are in the pool, or see how busy the pool area is. One of our favorite things was that the patio had full sun exposure all day (and beautiful sunrises)--this was perfect since we visited in the winter. You can watch golfers on several holes, which was also enjoyable. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

A great 2 1/2 weeks

This property is very good with three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Pool is right outside the back door which faces south to the mountains. Palm Valley is a great development. We would rent this place again.

Stunning views and Beautiful setting

This is the most beautiful condo I have ever been in. Stunning views of ponds and beautiful wide open landscape off the back deck, The pool and hot tub are within 50 ft of the condo but yet we had total privacy on the rear deck. The condo itself was beautiful comfortable beds and very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We have stayed at several Palm Desert condo's and this one is by far the best. Looking forward to our next stay.
