Magnificent exposed stone facade. This 2-bedroom, 3-bed house is located 8km from the famous Lac d'Oô hike and 11km from Bagnères-de-Luchon. Numerous activities are nearby: thermal baths, skiing (Superbagnères resort), equestrian center, golf, rafting, canyoning, and fishing! Spain is 20 minutes away. This 60m² single-story cottage features a 22m² living area with a lounge area, a dining area, and a kitchen. There is an 8m² adult bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and a 10m² children's bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds (both bedrooms offer stunning mountain views). A bathroom with a shower cubicle and sink, and a separate toilet are also available. Small terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and barbecue. Public parking 20 meters away. The owners' second home is above the cottage.
