• An open and fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.)

The house is located in a quiet area, on the edge of the vineyards and 800 m from the centre of the village, where you will find bakeries, supermarket, butcher, tobacconist, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Regular bus lines 1 km from the house, to Valence TGV, Montélimar, Aubenas, etc... TGV accessible from Montélimar or Valence.
The house is non-smoking but you can indulge your desire to smoke outside, in the vast garden with trees offering various relaxation areas where you can admire the Ardèche countryside.
