Great location

This property was in walking distance to a bunch of eateries and a park for kids. Close to the University of Miami. Would recommend to stay at this location and would stay again if in Coral Gables.

A weekend stay before going on a cruise

Everything was perfect for my husband, my daughter and I for the weekend. The room was a nice size and had a refrigerator and microwave which was great and the location was perfect. Tons of places to eat and shop only a couple of blocks away. The pool was also great ! Not too far from the airport, not too far from Port of Miami. Would definitely stay again.

This VRBO had everything we needed- pool, deck from our room, comfortable beds and enough amenities for our stay and the location was right in coconut grove within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, movie theater, grocery store etc. i wish the room had a real Keurig machine but otherwise no other suggestions!

Perfect spot in Coconut Grove

The unit is a part of the Arya Hotel, pictures and description were accurate and the unit was very pretty! The location is fantastic, walk outside to an abundance of great little restaurants and cafés, take a run along the water on the pathway, lounge by the pool in the afternoon. We needed a place to stay while moving my daughter into U Miami and this was perfect. Thank you!

A perfect place to stay

Clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed a glass of complimentary wine that was included and looked out into the harbor. It was paradise! Easily accessible with a nice gated parking garage and access to upper level condos with key card only made us feel more safe. Beds were comfortable and shower felt luxurious and had plenty of hot water. Only about 20 minutes away from downtown and beaches. We rented jet skis, went to key west on a day trip and enjoyed an airboat ride. This place was perfect for us. Thanks!

Coconut Grove NYE 2022

Perfect location in Coconut Grove. Great room with view from balcony. Coffee wasn’t good and was difficult to get from owner. Never responded to our request until we were out of the room and then didn’t respond at all when we returned. Unfortunate that the restaurant and pool bar were closed, but we knew that in advance and it’s a temporary closure.

good communication, clean & comfortable property, great location, functional amenities (garage, gym, pool). Hosts left a nice welcome gift which was appreciated. A tad small for 3 adults but we worked through it:). It would be good to have a nightlight for the bathroom. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Great View and Vibes in Coconut Grove

We enjoyed our stay at the Arya unit. The whole place looked like a virtual Zoom background--that's how nice it was! For once I didn't need to turn on the "blur background" feature. The location is great for just about anything in the Grove. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel, which was additional but seemed to us like a good deal. Would do this again when we are in the area.

Not as advertised

We arrived and were asked to complete the payment before the check in. When we received the keys and accessed the property we found a rancid musky smell in the bathroom. The overall upkeep is not as advertised. I left the property 1 hour after checking in. Host and property manager did not receptive with my complaint, tried to undermine it.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
