OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The unit you have rented is located within a condo-hotel which means there are permanent residents living in the building and therefore we cannot be responsible for construction noise due to a resident working inside their unit. The building follows city code and any construction work will be done during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday (no Major Holidays) and no noisy work is done on weekends. Any noise after this time can be reported to property manager or hotel staff.
The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. Normal wear and tear expected. Owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs. The building has an engineering department that is in charge of doing routine maintenance to all units in the building including Pest control, A/C Filter Change, Window Cleaning, in addition to Fire Alarm Testing and City Inspections as required by the County, etc. which may happen during your stay. If anything is scheduled during your stay, we will notify you as soon as we are notified by the building. Please note that anything scheduled is for the safety, security and maintenance of the building and units therefore service should not be declined by guests.
Guest shall be liable for all acts of the family, employees, or other persons invited onto the property. Guest may not sublet or assign this rental agreement.
Guest shall be responsible to return all keys upon departure.
Guest shall abide by the House Rules of the Owner, Property Manager, Condominium Association and/or the Booking Agent as provided to Guest.
Guests shall not bring any pets onto the property.
Guest will not smoke indoors or outdoors. Building has designated smoking areas, please contact front desk @ 305-529-2828 for locations of those areas.
We cannot allow parties or events of any kind at any time on the premises. This includes loud music and excess noise after 10 pm.
Access to hotel facilities such as pool, fitness center, & squash courts are only extended to registered guests of the unit beginning on check in date and ending on check out date.
**Please note this is a private unit located within the former Sonesta Hotel, now Hotel Arya, however there is no daily housekeeping included and there is no onsite cleaning crew. If you would like daily housekeeping our cleaning crew can provide this service to you for an additional cost, and must be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance. The front desk cannot provide extra towels or sheets, please do not ask them. Replenishment of toiletries are not provided.
**For stays between 10-14 days we will require a maintenance cleaning during your stay.
**For stays between 14-28 days we will require two maintenance cleanings during your stay.
** If you opt for no cleaning during your stay a deep cleaning will be added after booking and will be requested for payment
If you book stays longer than 10 days, we will send you a payment request for the service and coordinate the date and time for the cleaning. Wonderful stay. Beautiful unit. Close to everything in Coconut Grove. So many restaurants, boutiques, Coffee shops, parks, etc. nearby. Highly recommend.
We needed a place to stay for our family (3 adults and 1 teen) while attending a wedding at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is in the heart of Coconut Grove with plenty of options for food and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!
This was the perfect place for our small family getaway. The neighborhood is very cute with a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops. The condo has a delightful retro style. Beds were super comfortable. Thank you so much!
Overall, the apartment was as described in the listing and pictures. It was clean, well maintained. My wife, our 2 young boys and I stayed for 3 nights and found the place comfortable and convenient. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for coffee and at night for drinks. This place is extremely walkable to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Pros:-location-space-washer and dryer-parking onsite-owner was very responsiveCons:-the check in was slightly cumbersome. All rooms at the location seem to check in at 4pm. So there was a rush to check in at that time. I had requested an early check in earlier in the day from the owner who graciously approved but the front desk was unware so cleaning crew was still working on the room until 4p.-The pool area felt like an afterthought. The furniture is old and the bar area is a makeshift table serving drinks. The view is great from the pool area, but wish they would've put in as much care to that space as they did to the lobby and some other communal spots. Overall, we will stay at this location again. Super convenient. -
We had a wonderful visit in Miami at this location. The apartment was clean and well equipped with amazing views. When you add in the location it is definitely a winner. I hope to come back again soon.
we had a great stay the property above. We had staying in the hotel part of the property many times (our son is a sophomore at the University of Miami), and we need an bigger unity for this trip so decided to stay in an apartment. It was wonderful! clean, great views, and all the hotel amenities. I highly, highly recommend staying here and Lorelei, the property manager is fantastic. Won't be our last stay here...

Great Views and Great location for our family of 5
This really is a beautiful property. It had all the basics we needed, washer and dryer, WiFi for all our devices, kitchen with all the useful things we needed.
Kids really liked heading to the pool every day. Check-in was very easy, just had to get the key card, run upstairs to get the parking pass, and parked the car and it was simple. Nice that the floor elevators go to the parking garage.
We hit the park and restaurant across the street. Park was great, my boys played pick-up soccer several times with older kids. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance with kids menus.

Exactly as the pictures show. Very clean. Lots of space. Gorgeous view and beautiful sunsets. Right in the middle of everything in Coconut Grove. Every restaurant we went to was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again without hesitation!

Great for a couple and two singles.
We are repeat visitors to this property. The location is perfect for us. The view is amazing, and the amenities at the hotel are top notch. The included parking pass is another plus although we could walk to numerous restaurants, Cocowalk mall and CVS. It would be nice if there were a paring knife and a baking sheet in the kitchen, however, if you are going to do any cooking or make a frozen pizza even. That being said, we will be back!

Great location, fun and cheerful decor, nice hotel amenities and service.
We really enjoyed staying in the 2 BR condo at Sonesta. The interior is so bright and happy! The balcony overlooks coconut grove and marina. We never had noise or construction issues as stated in earlier reviews. The hotel staff was very helpful and Daniella, the property manager, was so good providing information and detail instructions prior to our arrival. The condo is clean and well supplied. I would definitely consider returning there in the future.

This is on the lowest level, closest to the road and noise, and faces away from the water and toward a large construction area. But you do have water views. Bring earplugs. The construction and landscaping equipment awoke us each morning at 6 am.
