In a few minutes at the sea! Deceleration on the Baltic Sea plot!

Spend your vacation in Zingst on the sunny island of Germany. You live in a massive single-family house of 65 square meters on a 320 square meter plot. You will not miss anything.
After a long walk you can relax by the fireplace or sunbathe on the south-west terrace far from tourism.
It is only a few minutes' walk to the Zingst shopping street, then you are already on the boulevard.
You can reach the beach on foot in 12 minutes and with the bicycles provided by us in 6 minutes.

Bicycles / barbecues / fire bowls are at your disposal.
You don't have to bring anything other than your own clothes. We take care of the rest.
In the house there are towels / care products / bed linen / coffee / cleaning agents / charcoal etc. If you want to bring your little ones or grandchildren with you, that's no problem, everything is available. Travel cot / playpen / children's cutlery etc.

Checkin Fehlanzeige! Unterirdische Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Im Briekasten fanden wir einen Zettel des Energieambieters, dass in den mächsten Tagen das Gas abgedreht werde. Alles war schmutzig und klebrig und verfleckt. Wir haben zwei Stunden geputz und desinfisziert! Wir haben uwei

Keine Pflegeprodukte im Bad Unser erster Tag führt uns zu Edeka, um Gewürze einzukaufen. Begrüßungsgeschenk nicht gefunden. Fahrräder nicht einsatzbereit Spinnweben, Spinnen. Polstersofa unsauber - fleckig. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Für große Menschen nicht geeignet. Ich mit 1.73 m habe schon Probleme mit dem Platz vor der Toilette. Sauberkeit in der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig (Besteckkasten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster). Im Bad Abfluss im Waschbecken und Toilette schlecht Abfluss in der Dusche ungereinigt Duschtür lässt sich nicht schließen W-LAN und Audio, sowie das Bett sind sehr gut! Mängelanzeigen gingen an den Vermieter.

Die „kleine Seemöwe“ ist empfehlenswert.

Toller Urlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub bei super schönen Wetter. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was man zu einem schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter Familie Schubert waren sehr freundlich und nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden ganz sicher wieder hier her kommen. Ganz liebe Grüße von Familie Krause

Es ist ein schönes Ferienhaus für zwei Personen in dem es an nichts mangelt.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind liebevoll eingerichtet,so das man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt und wenn das Häuschen außen wie innen noch einmai etwas neue Farbe bekähme wer der Gesamteindruck Perfekt.

Im Grünen gelegenes kleines Haus. Einrichtung zweckmäßig, neue Matratze , neue große und sehr bequeme Polstergarnitur mit zusätzlichem Ruhesessel. Die zwei Fahrräder,im Schuppen deponiert, kamen uns sehr zugute. Angenehmer Kontakt zu den Vermietern, Fam. Schubert.

Wir haben uns in dem angemieteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind großzügig bemessen und alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betreuung war sehr gut. Die von uns kaputtgemachte Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend ersetzt. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal da.
