About this property

Oberstdorf: Quiet, centrally located apartment with beautiful mountain views

Our non-smoking apartment, Lerchenstr. 6, is about 7 minutes walk from the village center in a very quiet side street. The apartment is very bright and has a beautiful mountain view.
Our rental price is including the tourist tax of 3,80 € per night, per person.
In the summer (approx. May to November) you can use as our guests the mountain cable cars in Oberstdorf as well as in the Kleinwalsertal for FREE (according to operating times).
It has free Wi-Fi, a modern flat screen TV with satellite, DVD, CD, radio, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the basement.
The modern kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee and Nespresso machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle and radio.
** The bathroom was completely renovated in March 2018 and equipped with high quality.
The large west-facing balcony is covered and furnished.
A free parking space is located in front of the house.
Hiking trails and trails are nearby.

Super Gemütlich!

A wonderful apartment. Well provisioned, super comfortable and clean. It immediately felt like home. Awesome to have the visitor cards that allowed us free access to the cable cars in the region. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again without hesitation if I could book it!

Very clean, nice bed, everything we needed

We wish we could have stayed longer. We could not find the black folder it was stuck in a drawer that would not open. We messaged the owner and they promptly helped. Everything was perfect. It was clean comfortable and a wonderful location.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Sie hat eine gute Größe, ist gut aufgeteilt, das Wohn/Esszimmer und auch das Sclafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich. Der große Balkon ist auch sehr schön. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und die Lage ist super. Sehr ruhig und in 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Gefreut hat uns auch, dass die Heizung morgens und abends anging, da es nachts schon ganz schön abgekühlt hat. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, auch wenn wir die Matratzen nicht ganz so bequem fanden. Das ist aber unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.

Wunderbare Skiferien

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und der Beschreibung im Inserat. Die Lage, ein bisschen außerhalb des Zentrums, war für uns perfekt, in kurzer Zeit waren sowohl Loipen als auch Skilifte zu erreichen. Auch die Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr angenehm.
