Our apartment is located in the dynamic 20th arrondissement of Paris, close to many authentic and cultural places.
The area is pleasant and lively, ideal for discovering Paris while enjoying a lively and typical setting.

A few minutes walk away, you can stroll through the Parc de Belleville, a green space with a panoramic view of the city, perfect for a walk or a moment of relaxation.
The area is also full of various restaurants, friendly cafes and local shops.
The Place Gambetta market is nearby, ideal for discovering fresh products and local specialities.

Whether you are a culture lover, a foodie or simply curious, the 20th arrondissement will offer you an authentic Parisian experience.
You will find many performance halls, as well as exhibition venues and art spaces.
Père Lachaise, a famous historic cemetery, is also close by for a unique cultural visit.

Getting around:
- Arrival from airports:
Charles de Gaulle (CDG): Take the RER B towards Paris, get off at Gare de Lyon station, then take metro line 1 towards Château de Vincennes and change at the station Bastille for metro line 1 towards Château de Vincennes, get off at Porte de Bagnolet station, about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Orly (ORY): Take the Orlyval to Antony, then the RER B towards Paris, get off at Gare de Lyon, then take metro line 1 towards Château de Vincennes and change at Bastille for line 1 towards Château de Vincennes, get off at Porte de Bagnolet.

Public Transport:
Porte de Bagnolet Station (Line 3): A 10-minute walk away, it quickly connects you to the centre of Paris.
Alexandre Dumas Station (Line 2): About a 15-minute walk away, it offers another option to get around Paris.

Taxi and carpooling:
The location of the apartment allows easy access to all Parisian districts, with many taxi options and carpooling services.

- Our professional cleaning team prepares the apartment before your arrival, to
guarantee you a clean and welcoming space.
- High-speed Wi-Fi Internet access for the duration of your stay.

Other services not included:
- We can provide you with a cot and a high chair on request (give 72 hours notice and an extra charge of 15€ will be applied for the cot.)
- An additional cleaning service can be arranged during your stay if needed.

HOUSE RULES:
- Self-check-in from 15:00.
- There is an extra charge of €50 if you leave the apartment after the allowed time.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment or leaving cigarette butts inside. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of €150 to €300 will be required.
- If you need an additional key, an extra charge of €20 will be required. A deposit will also be required to guarantee the return of this second key.
- In case of loss of keys, a replacement fee may be applied, ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.
- We ask that you respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the deposit may be charged.
