Beautiful home in The Colony, Quick access to Frisco, Plano and Dallas. Minutes from Sports venues, food, shopping and other entertainment. Access to Lake Lewisville, boat ramps, watercraft/jet-ski rental, parks, hiking, fishing.
To the east of the house, within walking distance, is a 6 mile green belt with wide walk ways for walking and biking.
To the west, within walking distance, is the police station along with a large skate park and play area for the kids. Further east is Lewisville Lake, with boat rentals and a restaurant.
To the south is Grand Scape, Scheels, Nebraska furniture mart along with more dining than you can shake stick at.
To the north is Hidden Cove Park ( hidden as stated) with boat rentals, camp grounds, picnic areas and swimming. A beautiful place to relax.

Great rental! Second time around.

Enjoyed our stay!

This home was comfortable and very clean. The landscaping could use some tidying up but the interior was great for our stay in The Colony. Great kitchen area and basic cooking supplies were appreciated as well as laundry and bathroom amenities.

Clean and safe

The rental was clean with updated appliances and very clean. The location is safe and the property owner is very professional and understanding. If you are looking for a rental that you can feel safe and is clean and well kept this is you place

Creepy house / annoying host

House had a dark/creepy vibe that we were happy to get away from, it has religious decorations and a sign out front with 2 guns and the phrase “We don’t call 911”. We didn’t appreciate the hosts challenging people to gunfights on our behalf. Especially considering we aren’t allowed guns per the Vrbo rules. Host contacted me after we moved in for me to pay a separate pet deposit that I sent him via Zelle and he never paid it back. Host was annoying to communicate with any time we had to talk. Backyard was overgrown. House had unreasonable and overly specific rules. We stayed here for 2 months while we shopped for a new house and never felt comfortable or at home. I would not recommend staying here.
