Come and discover our completely renovated Breton house, combining charm and modernity, located in Pont l'Abbé.
Ideal for a relaxing stay, this house offers a splendid view of the river, as well as a relaxation area with its private spa, a beautiful garden and a terrace not overlooked.
10 minutes walk from the centre of Pont l'Abbé with its shops, bakeries, restaurants ...
You will be close to beaches and tourist points of interest while enjoying the tranquility of a natural setting.
The house is ideal for a couple or family with children (we can provide a travel cot if needed).
There is only one large bedroom upstairs so the house is not suitable for 4 adults.
Combine teleworking and relaxation: the house has a fibre connection and a dedicated workspace. An ideal opportunity to combine productivity and well-being!
Tradilinge hotel quality bed linen, towels provided (large and small), and dressing gowns for the Spa as well.
For autumn and winter, underfloor heating provides additional comfort: you will be warm after your invigorating walks.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante et confortable maison, agrémentée d'un SPA très agréable, située dans un quartier très calme et avec une vue superbe sur le paysage très nature. Les hôtes ont été très sympathiques et discrets. La région permet de visiter plein de sites intéressants et la côte sauvage offre des vues inoubliables et changeantes au gré des marées. Notre gourmandise a été comblée par la gastronomie locale: poissons, fruits de mer, crêpes.

Une location au top tout y est et en plus une superbe vue d’un calme reposant nous avons passés des super vacances les propriétaires sont sympathiques à l’écoute et surtout de très bons conseils pour nous faire découvrir leur région nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons

Beaucoup de charme pour ce bien. C'est cosy et tout neuf!La déco est soignée, c'est harmonieux et la literie est top.La vue est extraordinaire et c'est très calme (joli chemin de halage). Cerise sur le gâteau : le jacusiPont l'Abbé est central est permet de visiter de jolis villages et port de péche à proximité et des villes très animées comme Concarneau, Bénodet, Quimper très Pont Aven, Locronan etc...Les propriétaires sont adorables et très attentifs au bien-être de leurs hôtes.On a adoré et l'on reviendra
