Just minutes from Germantown & Downtown's Broadway honky-tonks, it's your ideal Music City base. Enjoy a full kitchen, community pool, and free parking. Comfortably sleeps 4.

After a day of exploring you can unwind in a space that has everything you need for a relaxing stay:

• Kitchen: Fully stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, and basic pots and pans. Includes a Keurig 1-cup coffee maker for your morning brew and a toaster for easy breakfasts.
• Bathroom: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and a hair dryer.
• Comforts of Home: Fresh linens, sheets, towels, an iron, and an ironing board are all available for your use.
• Entertainment: Enjoy free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs with access to your favorite streaming services.

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect, it was tucked away enough that it was quiet and we always felt safe, but it was still only a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Nashville.The condo was super cute, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The host was also amazing. Communication was excellent from booking through check-out, and everything was easy and exactly as described.We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Nashville and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay!

This is a terrific place to stay in Nashville. Their bed was THE most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Look forward to that. Seriously. The stay was super clean and cozy too. The host Stephanie was very responsive. My wife and I would come back here in a heartbeat. Great experience.

This is a perfect little spot. It close to everything and it’s in quiet little area. I would absolutely stay here again. Stephanie was fantastic and communicates well in advance. You can’t go wrong with this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved we could walk to Broadway. Everything was clean, comfortable and hospitable. There is a lot of construction at the moment, but when completed - this will be the hottest spot!

Loved staying here! Place was super clean and bed was very comfy! I loved the small details like a sound machine in the bedroom, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash pumps in the shower, feminine products under the sink, and travel makeup wipes. This was the PERFECT place to stay in Nashville. Adjacent to the Germantown neighborhood and just over a mile to the Ryman Auditorium, nearly everywhere you might want to go is walkable (which is great because parking is expensive in Nashville). There are several restaurants and breweries in the area and the local AAA baseball team plays just blocks away. The rental comes with a parking spot right out front. The property was just as advertised. Bed was super comfortable, and there were nice extras like towels for the pool, a guidebook for the area, coffee for the Keurig, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet. I was there for five days and came back each evening after a full day of adventure to a nice, quiet apartment where I could relax. Stephanie was super responsive and answered all the questions I had. She even helped me out with a last minute change to my reservation. Everything from initial reservation to the check out was smooth. The price was definitely right as well. Skip those overpriced downtown hotels and stay here! That's exactly what I will be doing on my next trip to Nashville.

This stay was all you could ask for, for a budget friendly weekend get away. Close to DT clean and easy check in process and close to DT. Only complaint is you can hear everything upstairs but you can expect that with it being a lower unit. I would definitely stay here again
