Me n my wife would like to thank you n will love to stay at any airbnb that y’all have available.
It was so great to be walking distance to downtown. Everything was as advertised and very clean.
Had a lovely stay in Nashville. Awesome location, walking distance to Broadway. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Nashville.
We opted for a spontaneous getaway to Nashville. This Airbnb proved to be ideal, situated at just the right distance from the bustling activity to ensure peace and quiet, yet conveniently close for a leisurely stroll. Plus, the price was excellent.
Walk to Music City Center.

Great place to stay if you want to be downtown. It’s a short walk to broadway and there are great restaurants close by. Parking is free in a gated lot, which is a huge plus. The condo was clean and very comfortable.

Communication with host excellent. Location exceptional. Venues like Listening Room and 3rd and Lindsley 3 or so blocks away. Broadway shoort 5 block walk or so. Condo really nice and complex too. Would recommend and hope to stay again.

The property was perfect. It was walking distance to Broadway! Actually walking distance to alot of places. We walked to the Ryman for a show. We didn't use the kitchen except for the coffee pot. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The place was clean, as advertised, and in a great location for what we wanted to do. The walk to Broadway was easy, don't let the hill scare you on the way back, it's not that bad and we are seniors! Would stay here again.

This place was nice, exactly as advertised and very secure. It is close to broadway but is on a hill so if you are not in good physical shape it may be hard to navigate walking back and forth.

Great communication from our hosts. Directions to the property were clear. A great location, near the freeway and downtown. The heat was on when we arrived on this chilly December day, thanks! Parking was easy. Being in a gated community gave us a sense of security. Apartment was cozy and well stock with towels, blankets and condiments. The place was very clean. It is a great stay in Nashville. We would definitely recommend this property!

Hello! Thank you for considering our homes! Our homes are in fantastic locations, carefully chosen areas where we would live ourselves. They are not in "transitional" areas and feature special touches to create a memorable vacation experience. Our offerings include:

East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub, accommodating up to 12 guests.
Eight trendy and centrally located downtown condos, all in the same complex, accommodating 4-8 people each.
Oceanfront condo in Panama City Beach.
Amazing private cabin in the mountains.
We enjoy exploring new places and have a range of hobbies. Currently, my favorite is wake surfing, while Tyler is an avid scuba diver. Weekends at the lake on our houseboat are another favorite pastime. Personally, I'm into hot yoga, and Tyler enjoys running in our neighborhood. In addition to hosting on Airbnb, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and work as a local realtor, specializing in helping women purchase their first homes. Tyler is a realtor and a proud Nashville native. He is always available to assist our guests and can help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation.

We are huge fans of the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans, attending many of their games. Music holds a special place in our hearts, and we frequently attend shows, often securing last-minute tickets. Lastly, we are overjoyed to be the proud parents of our baby girl, Lillie!
