Mini Split Air Conditioners and Heaters in every room of the home. Fast WiFi. French Door refrigerator with Ice Maker. Gas Stove w/ Oven. Washer and Dryer in the kitchen for your convenience.

Host lives in the detached guest house in the back yard which is very private from the front house.

Located on a very quiet, safe street with very little through traffic in South Los Angeles. Centrally located to many great places LA has to offer.

Centrally located in the middle of 4 major freeways, the 405 freeway, 10 freeway, 110 freeway and 105 freeway. 7 miles from LAX airport, 10 miles from the ocean, 8 miles from downtown LA.
