the propery was great!!!! The courtyard area is wonderful. They meet you and let you in the property. You get a overveiw of the property. The area is a good location with a lot of restaurants with 5 mintue walk. There was a problem with the A/C. They brought fans and had it fixed within 24 hours. We will stay there next time we are in Porto. Thank you Ruis for making this a great time, Billy
