The ground floor apartment overlooking the inner courtyard is a studio designed for two travelers, equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay in the city.
Access to the apartment is through a shared inner courtyard, which the apartment's windows overlook (the building's trash storage area; see the last photos in the listing). Please note that the appearance of this courtyard, which is maintained by the homeowners' association, contrasts with the care taken with the interior of the apartment.

It has an independent bathroom.
The living space includes a convertible sofa designed for two people, offering a convenient sleeping solution.

On the equipment side, you will find everything you need for an autonomous and practical stay: a Wifi connection, a television, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron. These elements allow you to enjoy a certain independence during your stay in Paris.
