Nice 62m² beach chalet on a 700m² plot, with four rooms including: an open kitchen to the living room, first master suite (160 cm bed) with shower room and toilet, second master suite (160 cm bed) with shower room and toilet, and a third bedroom (2 bunk beds).

Pleasant terrace with a plancha. About 50m from the beach. Possibility to park several cars.
