This beautiful villa is located in a quiet yet well-connected residential neighborhood, with all necessary amenities close by. In just a 20 minute walk, you can reach the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the shopping streets, and Cannes' finest restaurants. For those who prefer the convenience of public transport, the bus stop is just a few meters away, offering easy and stress-free travel. This property is therefore the ideal choice for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

The 170 m² villa, spread over two levels, offers on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room opening onto a beautiful furnished terrace. Also on the ground floor, a very spacious bedroom with two double beds and a television benefits from direct access to the outside and a bathroom with a shower. On the same level there is a second bedroom with a double bed.
Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms with double beds each, two full bathrooms with showers, and separate toilets await you.
A magnificent garden filled with plants and flowers makes this property an ideal place for those seeking tranquility while staying in the city, enjoying the scents and colors of nature.
