Located in a private domain of 13 hectares, 24/7 secure, quiet, on the edge of a protected natural park, you will enjoy exclusive and private access to the fully enclosed garden with trees of the villa. Your children will have fun in the garden in complete safety while you take advantage of the deckchairs for a sunbath or the large shaded terrace to relax in complete serenity.

Quiet, although close to the center of Cannes and the beaches, the villa has been designed and furnished for your comfort.
Modern and warm, the villa offers a large living room opening onto the sun-drenched garden, a kitchen with direct access to the shaded terrace and the garden, 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people (including 2 parental suites) and 4 bathrooms / bathrooms en-suite shower rooms.

Built on 2 levels, the entrance opens onto a cozy living room furnished with new and comfortable sofas, the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your fresh meals when returning from the market, your gourmet meals or simply your tapas aperitifs that you will take on the shaded terrace. + a first master bedroom with its adjoining bathroom and private terrace overlooking the garden + separate toilet.
The first floor serves 3 spacious bedrooms including 1 other master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet and two other bedrooms each with their own shower room + additional separate toilet.

The terrace furnished with table, chairs, sofas and the enclosed garden with deckchairs, will offer you an ideal setting for your moments of relaxation and your meals around good grills cooked on the barbecue.

To make your stay perfect, we also provide you with an ultra-fast internet connection with fiber, numerous international TV channels, air conditioning in each room (living room and bedrooms), 1 garage and 2 parking spaces, access the two large swimming pools in the private domain, one very close to the villa. We provide you with household linen (sheets and towels) as well as welcome products in each bathroom.
