La maison est absolument parfaite pour un week-end hivernal au coin du feu ! Dommage en revanche qu'on ait dĂ» acheter le bois nous-mĂȘmes et que le propriĂ©taire ait retenu 250 sur notre caution (pour une tache sur le canapĂ© que n'avions pas rĂ©ussi Ă  complĂštement rattraper). AprĂšs vĂ©rification, et grĂące Ă  l'assistance d'Abritel, la facture de nettoyage ne s'Ă©levait qu'Ă  97... Nous avons donc Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ©s de la diffĂ©rence mais cela n'Ă©tait pas trĂšs honnĂȘte. PlutĂŽt dĂ©sagrĂ©able d'ĂȘtre surfacturĂ© ainsi pour un incident que nous avions signalĂ© et tentĂ© de rattraper.DĂ©sagrĂ©able Ă©galement d'avoir Ă©tĂ© accusĂ©s de mettre du gravier dans le lave-vaisselle. Peut-ĂȘtre une manoeuvre pour tenter de justifier le montant malhonnĂȘte de la caution retenue ? L'odeur d'Ă©gout et la ventouse encore prĂ©sente dans l'Ă©vier de la cuisine Ă  notre arrivĂ©e suggĂ©reraient-elles que les problĂšmes de canalisations soient rĂ©currents ? Une hypothĂšse somme toute plus plausible que ces gamineries. Un incident, ça arrive Ă  tout le monde, mais je propose moi-mĂȘme mon logement personnel Ă  la location et n'oserais jamais faire une chose pareille. 4 Ă©toiles parce que le logement est super et que flinguer votre rĂ©fĂ©rencement (et donc vos revenus) me semble disproportionnĂ© mais l'expĂ©rience du check-out restera amĂšre.
