In 2020 completely remodeled to provide a modern design to enjoy the lake views by the fireplace. Backyard leads to the water where guests can enjoy kayak rides, a dock, and fire pit. With a 3 season porch, RV pad/hookups, and unparalleled views of the lake, this home offers something for everyone! Through the winter evenings it’s a cozy place to snuggle by the fireplace while enjoying a glass of wine watching the snowflakes fall over the lake.

Beautiful Sunsets!

WE enjoyed our stay here, there was a little hitch in the check-in process but it was taken care of promptly. The property is clean and has many nice features. It is nicely equipped although we would have appreciated some plastic plates and cups for the children. The rooms worked perfectly for us, with nice bed and bedding. We loved the living room and fireplace for our cozy fall evenings. The view was what really set off this property. The weather was nice, so we spent early evenings watching the sunset from the porch. The colors and reflections were spectacular! I would recommend this property to others looking for a fall getaway.

Family weekend

This property was in a convenient location. Clean inside although the entry and deck were covered in acorns, pine needles and leaves. The kitchen did not have many serving dishes and had only a single wine glass. We went out and bought our own to use for the weekend. Two bedrooms upstairs, but no bathroom up there. Both bathrooms are on main floor. No window coverings on any windows, so did not feel comfortable to dress/undress in bedrooms, especially at night. Main floor bedroom had no lamps on the nightstand, which was odd. Had to use my phone flashlight to get to bed, plug phone in etc once the ceiling light was turned off. Configuration of home and furniture didn’t offer much for a view of the lake. Main floor bed was comfortable, but the rest of our adult family who stayed in upstairs bedrooms said beds were not very comfortable, very soft and rolled to the middle.

The online listing is NOT accurate.

The house itself was very nice and extremely clean. However, there are a few things to know before going. The listing said there are 4 bedrooms- that is NOT accurate. There are 3 bedrooms. There are NO window coverings (curtains or blinds) on ANY windows so we had to put towels in the bedroom windows for changing, etc. That was very annoying and not very comforting at night. The window in the single bedroom upstairs doesn't open AT ALL so there is no way to get a nice breeze in that room. There is a cat that visits who is VERY noisy and pawed at the door all night a few of the nights. It almost seemed like he lived there and was trying to get in. I messaged the owner and she said she would look into it and didn't and then I asked if she found somebody for us to call to take this cat and she never responded. Super rude. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN DUE TO THE ABOVE BUT IT IS A NICE PROPERTY.
