Located on the ground floor of a guest house, it consists of a lovely 14 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of approximately 100 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 14 m² living room with TV and sleeping area with double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, including the following appliances: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, you can enjoy the following additional amenities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fans by each bed, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared 6x12 m saltwater swimming pool (unheated), open from 15 May to 15 September, secured by an electric cover
- A 54 m² south-facing private terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared 100 m² enclosed garden

The apartment is ideally located near Draguignan, in a very pleasant environment with no neighbours opposite, on a cul-de-sac. You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Hike along the Nartuby river, starting directly from La Bouscarle.
- Cycle or walk along the ‘La Vigne à Vélo’ trail to the peaceful hamlet of Rebouillon.
- Visit the Artillery Museum in Draguignan, which is free and rich in military history.
- Explore the Pierre de la Fée, an impressive dolmen classified as a historical monument.
- Climb the Clock Tower for a panoramic view of the rooftops of Draguignan.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard in front of the accommodation (space for one vehicle). You can also park a second vehicle on the road.

- The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning, but as it is located in the shade, near a river, and has a constant breeze, it remains pleasantly cool even in hot weather.
- The apartment is located on the ground floor of a guest house where the owner resides. The garden and swimming pool are shared with the owner and the other rentals on the property.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an additional fee of €20 per animal, provided they are clean, quiet and well-behaved. They must not be left alone in the accommodation. Please clean up after your pet.
- A cat and a dog belonging to the owner will be free to roam the property.
- The entire property is non-smoking, including the house, terrace and garden. Please smoke on the path leading to the accommodation, regardless of the weather.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions. Please do not swim with any products that may contaminate the water and filtration sand (body or hair creams, sunscreen, etc.). Please swim with your hair tied back to avoid blocking the filtration system. Animals are not allowed to swim.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
