Newly renovated apartment (2016) in an old, typical Oberländerhaus. Rural area, 850m above sea level. located.

The spacious kitchen with dining table offers plenty of space. There is also the storage stove, which they fire in the winter with wood. This also provides the stove in the living room with heat.

The 3 1/2 rooms are functional. Living room with sofa, sideboard and stove. Bedroom with double bed and spacious double wardrobe. A small room with bunk beds and wardrobe.

For a family with 2 children the apartment is ideal (bunk bed)

In front of the house is a bench for her. Table with chairs, deckchairs and parasol are at your disposal. Also a small ball grill is available.

The house is surrounded by meadows and is above the village in a quiet and sunny location. Hiking in the summer, ski snowboarding and snowshoeing are possible with enough snow from the front door.





You will be welcomed by the landlady, who will familiarize you with the apartment, and during the winter months you will be introduced to the heating of the storage stove. A later time than 18 o'clock for the check-in is not possible for organizational reasons.



Earlier check-in at 3pm on request.
