We really enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located just north of Kaanapali and has a lovely restaurant on site. We arrived on a Friday night and the live music at the bar/restaurant was amazing.

A great experience.

We have visited Kaanapali Villas for the past 15 years. This unit was most enjoyable. It’s clean, quiet, and close to the beach. Property management proactively engaged us with instructions and insight about the visit and responded quickly to any questions. It made for a great vacation.

Really Nice Property

Pool is great, the beach at the property is wonderful. A car is a good idea for being over here as there isn’t much in walking distance. Unit was clean and well appointed with beach chairs and kitchen items.

The Maui Kaanapali Villas are beautiful right on the beach. Good food, not crowded and quiet. It lost one star because of no ac and no laundry due to mechanical problems. Overall it was fantastic.

Great family spot

This is a nice condo/hotel located just far enough from Kaanapali Beach. There is a quiet beach right at the edge of the property with almost no surf. But Kannapali Beach is a 5-10 minute drive with great waves. The hotel is older but everything was clean and worked. And dont be fooled by the check in. This is a private owned room so towels, cleaning service, etc are not part of the package. This is a private residence that happens to be located at a hotel.

Maui Kaanapali Villas recently had all of their communication wiring redone for the entire resort and there were unfortunately some unexpected issues with spotty wi-fi following the installation. They have confirmed that the issues have now been resolved but we apologize for the impact this had on your stay. We would have been happy to troubleshoot this situation or provide alternatives if we had been made aware of the issue and we hope that you were still able to enjoy this lovely unit, its many amenities and nearby attractions that its convenient location offers while being unplugged for a bit. The apartment was great, but the service at the hotel...poor

The reason I say this is, the gave us the wrong apartment first night. They only realised when I said I couldnt get the washing machine to work. So then we had to up and move to correct apartment, at 8.30 in the morning. They did compensate us for the inconvenience with food vouchers, to spend at the cafe. We did use them, but found one waitress had tried to tip herself 45.00 on three drinks. When I quizz her on the charge...she was quiet rude. She eventually came back to our table and processed to take the money...from her wallet...like she had already pocketed it. I had given her a 5.0 tip for a 25.00 Bill total but she had put down 45.00..so I handed over 60.00.but still expected some change back...she was wasnt happy handing the change back....but after waiting 35min for my change I was in no mood to be messed with either. It was the last day so it spoilt the holiday for me. I can say the apartment was lovely, clean but hotel service was pretty average. And foreigners be aware of fast waitresses that think they can fool you.
