If you would rather play, this condo is in the best location in SanDestin with golf, tennis, biking, swimming, beach, paddle boarding, fishing, and so much more! Everything is walking distance, but the brand new 6 passenger cart will get you to the beach or dining in minutes Sandestin is the Emerald Coast's best resort village. With 4 golf courses, tennis center, biking trails, the beach, the bay, a marina, restaurants, family activities, movie theater, and even a Publix. Everything is accessible by walking, biking, or on golf carts. Multiple pools, bike, boat, and paddle board rentals, and weekly shows including fireworks during peak season make Sandestin the number one vacation retreat in the area! It is easy to get around Sandestin from accessing the bike/walking trail behind the townhouse or taking the 6 passenger golf cart. The condo is 3 minutes from the beach or The Village of Baytown Wharf. We are 2 minutes to a resort style heated pool. You can access everything Grand Boulevard has to offer in a 4 minute golf cart ride! Out favorite place is the marina and The Marina Bar that is just a short walk or fast cart ride away.

Perfect place!

This was the perfect place for our family! The convenience and location of the property was perfect! We were able to watch the fireworks at Baytowne Wharf from the back porch. The house was clean and the property owners were so nice and helpful! The owners, location and cleanliness plus the size of house was perfect!!

Perfect pet friendly golf villa!

We absolutely loved the property. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated and the golf cart was an added benefit ! We would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Property Manager was fantastic. Quick to answer at anytime.

Great stay!

Hosts are great and communicate well. Before we arrived, hosts had issues with posted golf cart so they had another on site. We appreciated this a lot. Very dog friendly community. We stayed with our 2 dogs and it was a great vacation!

Would 100% recommend property

We just got back from staying a week in the property. It was our small family (us/2 kids) and another small family (2 adults/2 kids); Booking we weren't sure how the layout would be but it worked perfectly for us. The bedrooms upstairs were great, spacious and each had their own private bathrooms. There were cots/couches for the kids. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was awesome and the golf cart was a nice bonus! We were able to drive to the beach, dinner, activities with ease (especially nice having small children). David and his wife were great. They gave us a guide of the location and entertainment/dining ideas which we appreciated. We had a hiccup when one of the kids tried to "unlock" the door and got us stuck. I text the owner and he was there in person within 10 minutes to our rescue! If you are thinking about booking, this was a nice condo in a great location!

This property has everything anyone could need for a fabulous getaway! The golf cart was an added bonus that allowed us to get around the resort and to the beach with ease.

Best vacation ever!

Sandestin was beautiful! The townhouse was beautiful, clean & had everything you need. Walking path right behind the home. View of the path & bay off the back balconies. Golf cart was an added benefit. Had fun driving through the community, trips to the beach & shopping area. Pet friendly area. Will definitely be back.
