As soon as you walk inside, you’ll immediately be relaxed and ready for the beach! Enjoy the wood plank flooring, and the white, blue and gray color scheme that brings the beauty of the beach inside. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ready for you and your guests to whip up a meal or enjoy a quick snack. Gather around the dining table or take a seat at the breakfast bar while you enjoy your favorite foods and plan your vacation adventures with your guests. After a full day, head to the living room and plop down in front of the 60” flat screen TV – perfect for family movie night or catching up on your favorite shows. The TV has an upgraded cable sports package, also, so you and your guests can watch the big game! While you’re watching a movie or cheering on your favorite team, throw a bottle of wine or your favorite drink to chill in the wine fridge.

Soak in the beauty of Florida from the large balcony. Relax and enjoy the lush tropical resort landscaping from the outdoor living space. While you’re relaxing in the warm weather, make yourself a cocktail from the outdoor bar cart.

When it’s time to go to sleep, head to the master bedroom, complete with a large comfy king bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes a marble topped double vanity and shower/tub combo. Your guests can get a peaceful night’s sleep in the pull-out double sleeper sofa in the living room. A second full bathroom includes a roll-in shower with handicap accessibility if needed.

Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the rental unit had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, with convenient walking distance to the wharf, making it easy to explore the area. The addition of a golf cart was a great perk, enhancing the overall experience. However, the cleanliness of the unit was just okay; it could have been better maintained. On a positive note, the beach closet was a thoughtful addition, providing useful amenities for a day by the shore. Unfortunately, the bedding was not comfortable, and the linens/pillows were subpar, detracting from the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, while the rental unit offered some conveniences and a great location, there’s a clear need for improvement in terms of cleanliness, bedding quality, and updating the space for a more enjoyable stay.

Reviewer Comments: Golf cart was awesome, did not use balcony because the scenery was nothing but dead trees and the door was very hard to close. Photos made the unit appear much larger, but it was adequate and was clean.

Very clean rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was very clean. There were a few upkeep maintenance problems loose tiles, floor edging warped, patio door handles broken, sofa bed sagged in the middle. We are fans of staying in the Pilot House. The patio was nice and clean, but directly over the street where the parking garage exits - so it is quite loud with cars and golf carts. Management was very responsive when one of the toilets wasn’t working properly and we needed a blanket.
