This spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac conveniently located in Clearwater.
This home features a large living
room, kitchen and dining area.
There is a first floor master bedroom with walk in closet and attached bathroom.
A billiard or pool room is next to the sunroom with an adjacent full bathroom.
On the second floor you have 3 bedrooms with a full bathroom.
Outside the sun room is a stone and ivy garden with bird bath.
You are next door to the trendy downtown section of Dunedin and within a half hour of Tampa’s International Airport and Busch Gardens or St. Petersburg. Disney World is 1.5 hours away.
For sand and surf, you are within minutes of either Clearwater Beach which is always on the list of Top 10 Beaches in America or Honeymoon Island.
Further south on the coast of Pinellas County, you could chose Indian Rocks, Madeira or St. Petersburg Beach.
Just steps beyond the backyard gate, you’ll find a walking trail to Cypress Point Park.
