Great stay! Exactly as described. Very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Communications for the host was great, and she ensured that we had everything needed for a smooth check in and check-out. We will definitely look to rent this house again on our next visit.

Overall this was my best VRBO experience of the half dozen experiences so far. Tamera was very informative and punctual in addressing the couple of concerns I had. She was very thorough in her check in and check out procedures. This is a very nice house in a good, quiet and conveniently located area. You can't go wrong with a stay here! A Plus!!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it will not be the last. Very clean and cozy. The host is great. Location is wonderful, there are restaurants and stores close by plus the beach is only 20 minutes away. I highly recommend.

The house had plenty of room but was a little outdated and the front lawn had not been mowed. We was looking forward to grilling but the grill could have been cleaned a little better so we didn't get to grill. We did have some issues with the hvac on our last day there but we did okay with the fans. The host was quick to respond with issues we had and did refund one night of our stay but my family was a little dissapointed with the house. It was nice that it was pet friendly

I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the decor of the house. It is exactly as pictured on the advertisement. As far as the dirty grill, I viewed the grill, and it wasn't that dirty that you couldn't have taken a brush to wipe it off. As far as the The lawn not getting mowed. We have a lawn service that comes weekly. It has been raining a lot in Florida, so grass is growing very quickly here. I can't help the weather, nor can I help the 90 degrees outside and the fact that the AC didn't go below 76 during the hour or two that you were concerned about it, calling me at 8 p.m. on the night before you leave. I've never had a complaint or concern about any of these things. I did my best to address your concerns, and there wasn't anything more I could have done. I do try to create great value by not overpricing this home and providing a very comfortable stay. It makes me sad to know that you were not happy, even with a refund for the minor inconveniences you experienced.

Very clean, pet-friendly house in a great neighborhood. Convenient central location for shopping, beaches, and sightseeing. We loved the screen porch (lanai?) in the mornings and evenings - loved listening to the birds!

The host was very welcoming and easy to contact with any questions. This is a nice quiet neibirhood which we appreciated. The highlight of the house is the large screened porch at the back of the house. Room for lots of guests to relax and enjoy the nice Florida weather. The house itself was well furnished and the host was responsive to questions, etc. The other highlight is Eagle Lake Park just a few blocks away. It's huge with all kinds of trails that make you feel like you're not in the city at all, but it's also very safe, I felt comfortable walking by myself.

Charming home

We only stayed a couple of nights but this home was exactly what we were looking for. It had rooms for everyone in our party and a fenced in yard for my dog. The host had excellent communication with us the whole time and really thought of everything you could imagine needing. Short distance to stores and the beach and an overall quaint neighborhood. This place is an excellent choice and will definitely be staying here again!

Most attentive host!

Superbly clean home, very comfortable beds and in a very quiet neighborhood. Felt very comfortable taking our little dog for walks around the block. When our host checked in with our stay, we told her the house was wonderful, but mentioned the fry pans were worn out and TP was low. She had replacement items shipped to our doorstep the next morning! And continued to make sure we had everything we needed during our week stay.

The neighborhood is very nice with close proximity to grocery stores and Walmart 5 minutes away. A wonderful large park(eagle lake park) is less than 1/2 mile from house with an entrance just north on S. Lake ave with paved walking paths and walkout decking for lookouts over water areas. Beds were comfortable. The room with the bunk bed has an en-suite shower. Temperature permitting, the screened in porch was private with wicker couch and chair and round table and 4 chairs for morning coffee or evening relaxing as a separate place for families to spread out. An extra light for porch would be a nice addition after dark. If elderly or using DME to walk, the dining room is one step down which also is how you access the screened in porch and bunk bed room with en suite bathroom. Tamera was incredibly helpful, flexible and accommodating and very quick to answer any questions we had. If cooking, we did bring our own mixer and long serrated knife. The dining table had 4 chairs but could easily seat 8. Chairs from kitchen table or screened in porch table could be brought in to increase seating. We would stay here again.
