For shared use: property (fenced). Private: hot tub. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 300 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach, concrete beach 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, surf school 2 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: NP Brijuni 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
4-room penthouse 220 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 70 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Gorgeous modern apartment in a great location. Fazana was just right - a small town with lots of character right by the sea and the apartment exceeded all our expectations. Large and modern with a great hot tub. Only minor complaint was no full length mirror and no hairdryer. But overall - fabulous!

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend was das frühere einchecken betrifft. Appartement ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet, und absolut sauber an uns übergeben worden. Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse.

Fast perfekt!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt, Fazana ist ein romantisches Örtchen. Es wurde auf Wunsch ein Babybett zu Verfügung gestellt worüber wir sehr froh waren. Ein Baby- Reisebett war auch vorhanden. Ein Hochstuhl für ein Kleinkind wäre aber gut gewesen, dass lässt sich bestimmt noch einrichten. Die Kochtöpfe/Pfannen waren eher von schlechter Qualität, dass passt nicht ins Konzept zu der sonst sehr hochwertig ausgestatteten Wohnung. Besteck und Teller dürfen ruhig mehr an der Zahl sein.

Ich kann diese tolle Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen, sehr sauber und gepflegt und alles was man braucht hat man vor der Haustür. Allein schon der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus und 60m zum laufen das man baden gehen kann.

My family and I rented 3 apartments in the same block. This was the largest apartment on the top floor with the hot tub on the roof terrace.. Everything was spotlessly clean. The block is in a fantastic location, a very short walk to the sea and the town. The hairdryer broke during our stay and a new one was delivered very quickly. The on site service was fantastic.

Alex was great and very helpful. He had great tips for the area and he let us use the BBQ from one of the neighboring apartments when they were vacant. Fazana is a nice little town at a small distance from Pula and I much prefer it over Pula. Great restaurants, quiet area, boats for rent and a good location to visit Pula or Rovinj. The apartment was brand new, jacuzzi a big plus, good parking, good beds and right at the beach. Would definitely recommend....

Wir (6Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 2,5 Jahre und 3 Monate) haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Fazana verbracht. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und das Wasser klar. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und sauber. Entspricht 1:1 den Bildern. Sehr lobenswert war die Betreuung durch Herrn XXX. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
