Holiday apartment "La Dolce Vita" is situated on the ground floor of the private house in the center of quiet and modern holiday resort of Pješčana uvala which is nearby the city of Pula. It has complitely renovated 2 bathrooms, large three bedrooms with a matrimonial bed and 2 additional sleeps if neccessary, large kitchen/dining and living room as one room, large terrace and nice barbecue place behind the house with a dining table. It has everything for your pefrcect holidays.
Just 700 m away there is a yacht harbour. In surounding area there are a lot of things to do for everyones taste (open gym area, playground for the children, restaurants, beach bars, pebble/rocky beaches,..)
The apartment "La Dolce vita" is situated on the ground floor of the private house, just 100 m away from the sea and can accomodate 8 persons.
Apartment has its own free parking space for 2 cars, free Wi-fi internet access, in the garden behind the house there is a grill area for all guests, as well as a seating area with a table and benches. Apartment also has its own large balcony.
Pets are allowed on extra cost, partially air-condition is also on extra cost.
Nearest minimarket is 150 metres away. There is a volleyball on the beach, play equipment for children and of course you can hire canoes, boats or bicycles. A beautiful cycle path runs through the forest by the sea. Just 2.5 km from the apartment you will find the famous Roman amphitheatre Arena.

This spacious 95m² apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate eight people. All three bedrooms have a double bed. In two bedrooms there is a possibility of two additional sleeps on futon bed (90 x 200cm). The two small bathrooms each have a shower and toilet. In the spacious living room-kitchen there are a seating area with a sofa, TV and a dining table. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove (two gas and two electric rings), oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine.
The owner Alenka lives in the city of Pula but will be on site to welcome you and ensure that you have everything for your perfect holidays.

absolut ordentliche Wohnung. Man läuft 3-5 Minuten zum Meer, absolut top. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, ansonsten keinerlei Klagen!

Wir waren neun Tage mit 2 Familien dort und es war für uns einfach ideal. Wir hatten alles vor Ort, was benötigt wird. Restaurants in der Nähe alle empfehlenswert. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht den Tatsachen, keinerlei unangenehmen Überraschungen. Es gibt dort zwei Strände, wir waren immer bei dem Kleineren, da der einfach mehr Flair hatte. Folgte man dem Weg am Meer weiter, konnte wunderbar geschnorchelt werden.

A nice apartment in a perfect location.

The property provides good basic accommodation. It was very clean and Alenka was very helpful and welcoming. The location is a quiet village/town but there are plenty of local restaurants and a few local shops. There is a local travel agent that can help arrange excursions. The property is very near the beach. We had a lovely holiday.

Fin lägenhet som har stor potential att bli ännu finare med lite mer omsorg. Trädgården mycket ovårdad o därför inte alls inbjudande varför terassen var där man kunde vistas. Bilderna ger ett helt annat intryck. Besvikelse, då även ett litet barn fanns i sällskapet. Terassen vetter ut mot baksidan av en restaurang och dess soptunnor (lukt) liksom störande ljud från arbetet där. AC:n, som kostade €5/natt var helt underdimensionerad för lägenheten o gjorde inte stor nytta. Vi uppmanades också att inte ha den på hela tiden då den kunde gå sönder. Standarden motsvarade inte priset.
