Indeed, this old stone building, completely renovated with respect for traditional materials, combines the authentic charm of the old and modern comfort. It is nestled in the heart of a 1-hectare wooded park (oaks, lime trees, redwoods) and offers 450 m² of living space on two levels from summer 2025.

The house is very well insulated to keep it cool, air conditioning is at your disposal in case of high heat.

🏡 The outdoors: nature, relaxation and breathtaking views

• A 12 x 6 m swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter, with panoramic views of the countryside and spectacular sunsets.

It is surrounded by a very large terrace, equipped with 8 sun loungers, comfortable armchairs for aperitifs facing the sunset!

• Several terraces: a shaded terrace ideal for summer meals, with a lounge area and a very large table that can easily accommodate the 14 guests.
A 3rd terrace in the outbuildings allows you to enjoy the freshness.
The 4th terrace facing east will allow you to sunbathe in the morning!

• A shaded bowling alley for petanque lovers!

• A natural pond (not fenced), refuge for local fauna: frogs, moorhens, herons...
• Roe deer, hares, foxes and hinds are regularly observed on the edge of the park
