It’s nice - BUT
We were not aware when we booked that the property had 3 flights of stairs to get to your condo & no elevator. They do not advertise this- the listing says the condo is “upstairs” but does not clarify what floor until they email you the week before your trip. We were traveling with my elderly grandma so this was super inconvenient and i felt awful. Had I known, I would not have booked.
When we first got there after a long trip, we had absolutely no running water… the whole first day/ night. We had a large group that just got in from a long trip, plus we paid a pretty penny for that day at a place with no water. We were told not much of anything from maintenance. I worried the whole first night about where we would stay if it could not be fixed. Luckily The next morning it was fixed and apparently it was some construction workers who struck a line. (Beach getaways did not compensate us much of anything compared to how much we paid for that day)
BESIDES THAT- first impression was it was a beautiful place. super modern, comfy beds, amazing decor. The shared pool is nice. The location is great. The microwave didn’t work but when I brought it to there attention they brought a new one. That is the only reason I’ll give 3 stars.
