We were impressed with the cleanliness of our condo and the whole property. The kitchen had everything we needed. There’s 2 coffee pots, a blender, toaster, pots, pans and food storage containers. The balcony and the view of the gulf were wonderful! We enjoyed the Shrimp Basket and Zeke’s restaurant across the street. Having the heated pool was a nice option for the chilly days.

The view is amazing! The parking lot balcony was great for the other couple staying with us, even though the room was very small. Nice to have a bathroom in all 3 bedrooms! The beds were comfortable. The master bath needs to have the jetted tub removed, it is old and the jets look dirty. The TV’s are 20 years old and do not stream. I was able to connect my laptop computer to living room TV and stream channels. The satellite channels are like watching cable TV. We have rented condos for over 20 years and this was the 1st one to ask us to was and dry all the dishes. They normally ask us to load dishwasher and leave running. Not to dry and put dishes away.

Amazing spring break location

Location was right by the beach, has a great beach access with rinse station. Condo was clean and had lots of kitchen amenities. We would definitely return.

Convenient location, easy access to condo and parking. Would recommend earplugs or a noise machine for anyone staying in the front bedroom. Trash chute was right beside room and people throw away trash all hours of the night. Who knew?! Other than that, everything was great!
