This ground floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers spacious and comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. The prime location of this property allows for easy access to popular attractions such as The Hangout, white sandy beaches, delicious restaurants, and convenient grocery stores.

PARKING PASSES ARE PURCHASED ONSITE FROM THE COMPLEX FOR $25 PER VEHICLE FOR THE LENGTH OF THE STAY.

Unwind and relax in the cozy bedrooms, featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The living room also offers extra sleeping space with a sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms are equipped with a tub/shower for added convenience.

The condo is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, with a Smart TV in the living room. The community also offers a range of on-site amenities for you to enjoy, such as an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, club house, and more.

Please note that this is strictly a non-smoking/vaping unit, and no pets are allowed. Only two vehicles are permitted per reservation, and parking passes must be displayed at all times. The minimum age to rent this unit is 25, and entry codes will be texted to guests on the day of arrival.

Spring Break trip

The location was so convenient to the beach and food places. My family and I really enjoyed our 4 day stay. The place was really clean and I felt safe where I was staying. Definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Gulfshores.

TVs

They had a tv in each of the rooms. But the ones in the bedrooms had several channels on them that was not on the tv in the front room. Like espn ,tnt ,tbs . Had to watch thee game that was on espn in the bedroom . Never got an answer as the why .

Overall great stay and location

Great location if you want to be a little bit out of the hustle and bustle. The condo was updated nicely but was definitely not the cleanest.

Needs some attention.

Cleaners should do better. Wicker chair with big visible stain on cushion, dirty silverware n drawer that didn’t look like it even went through dishwasher. Tub was dirty under faucet in master suite. They want trash removed, but only one trash bag for entire week. Would choose another place next time.
