What makes this property unique
Lake Oconee provides Georgia’s most ideal environment for the outdoor enthusiast with 374 miles of shoreline with a surface area of 19,971 acres. It is formed by the Oconee River and Apalachee River and was created in 1979 when Georgia Power completed the construction of the Wallace Dam on the Oconee River creating a controlled reservoir near Greensboro and Eatonton. If you would like to further explore the area off the water, there is plenty of golfing or historic attractions for everyone in the family to enjoy.
