Upon arriving everything was good . The code entry is a bit iffy and the floors , walls and ceilings may need to update as bathroom ceiling has vent falling off. On the day of checkout the host messaged me and reminded me to leave by 11am . I responded immediately and told host I would leave by 1045 am . While showering at 945 am I hear my daughter scream, apparently the cleaning men were told by host that I was checked out . They entered apartment with no knock or nothing and my daughters were scared and startled and actually keep talking bout it. I wrote host immediately and sent about 3 messages. With no response , no remorse, no sorry . Nothing. Please be aware that the you cannot keep anyone from entering if they have the code. No locks inside chains . Nothing

Apartment pictures did not match the present state of the place. There was a huge hole in the wall that had been temporarily patched. Paint all over the floor. The wood flooring also had gaps in it. Had a stench, musty smell. Not in condition to be rented out. Aside from the poor state of the apartment, Host was easy to contact with our concerns and allowed us to cancel. We just had to forfeit the money that goes to VRBO. This was our first time booking with VRBO. Hope this isn’t the norm.

Place was clean, plenty of parking. The pull out section of the couch was broken, but upon notifying the host they promptly responded with an apology and offered to refund the cost of the apartment, we decided to keep the reservation and stayed. We were traveling for a graduation at the Loews Center and it was less than a ten minute drive. Everywhere we wanted to go to was within a 20 minute drive. This place was very reasonably priced and we will definitely stay again if we are in the area. This location felt safe; travelled with my girlfriend, mother, and 2 of my girlfriend’s family members.

DO NOT BOOK IT!! The second day of our stay, the kitchen literally flooded from the dishwasher because it appears to be improperly connected to the sink. Sour, foul-smelling water poured onto the kitchen floor. When I reported it, the host, Jonathan, responded by saying it was a “minor issue.” There were only four towels in the entire property, so we had no choice but to use those towels to clean up the sour water. It then took nearly the entire day for additional towels to be brought to us, and the dishwasher issue was still never repaired. We were repeatedly told that a technician was coming, but no technician ever arrived.Beyond that, the property appears to have several conditions that do not meet City of Arlington code standards. The way the AC units are plugged in appears unsafe and not up to code, and the water heater located in a closet without any protective barrier presents a potential fire hazard. The overall impression is that the unit was remodeled poorly and is not being properly maintained, yet it is still being marketed and rented to guests. Pictures are definitely photo shopped!

This property looks nothing like the photos. It smelled of smoke so badly we couldn’t even stay here. Also, the neighborhood is not safe at all and actually scary.

Great location near the stadium

Check in was easy! Owner was responsive and very nice. Property was perfect for us. It is a 15 minute was to the Cowboys game and right down the road to Six Flags. Walmart is also right down the road, so that made life easy for anything we may have forgot.

The property is part of a group of “apartments” ; space was small but clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen & bathroom were quite small & property was easily located. Able to park close to the space. Window mounted air conditioners worked well but were a bit noisy. Bath tub was small & a bit dark & could use a grab bar & non-slip mat. Property manager communicated well and was responsive when contacted.

Good for the price

We paid $64 a night. You can tell it’s was a run down apartment that someone had a cheap handyman slap some stuff together and make it passable. The photos make it look a lot nicer than it actually is. The shower has really weak water pressure and the vinyl flooring is coming apart. I seen hair in the bed and not sure if the sheets were washed. The unit doesn’t have air conditioning, it does have three noisy window units to keep the apartment cool but, made it hard to sleep with it going on and off all night. Overall, it was okay since we didn’t spend much time in there and didn’t have high expectations
