Beach townhome with two car garage!
Enjoy this beachy, end of cul de sac home less than a mile from the beach! Close enough to walk, far enough to have some peace and quiet. With 3 beds, 2 full baths, and a cozy den, there is ample space to relax after bike ride, people watching, or shopping day! Master bedroom is on the first floor with a beautifully updated bathroom inside. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the other side of the hallway is a 6 seated cozy couch in the private den, with a TV, overlooking the downstairs living room. That living room has a fancy 6-seater leather couch with an open layout to the updated kitchen and picnic table styled dining room. Walk out the dining room’s sliding glass doors onto the stone-floored backyard and relax alone or with a friend, on the wooden 2-seater swing. Another pro is the backyard is maintained by the weekly gardener. Come stay in this dreamy home for a month or a year – terms of stay length are chosen by you! AC UNIT BEING INSTALLED!

Hi Charm,
We are glad you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate you as a guest. Unfortunately during the summer months the rates by the beach increase so the rent in May is higher than in April or March. Based on your feedback, we have switch cleaning companies after the property was left in not acceptable condition for a new guest. Wishing you the best in your home.
