### PET POLICY



Dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval, a pet addendum, and pet fee.



Before booking with a dog, please send us the dog's **breed, age, and weight**. We generally prefer one dog but are happy to discuss exceptions.

### HOUSE RULES



* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

* No parties or unauthorized gatherings

* No excessive noise

* Quiet outdoor hours after 9 PM

* Registered guests only; no unauthorized visitors or additional overnight guests



### STAYS OF 30+ NIGHTS



For stays of 30 nights or longer, utilities include the following monthly allowances:



* Electricity: $150/month

* Gas: $100/month



Guests are responsible for usage above these allowances.

After booking, guests will complete a rental agreement and receive detailed check-in instructions, door codes, and information about the home.
