Let down

The place was clean and quiet. For what we paid the dryer should have worked. Since it did not dryer clothes I had to go to a laundrymat to finish the job. This was on a Friday night in a neighbor I was unfamiliar with. This cost me money and more importantly, time.

Everything was clean except for the carpet, it had a lot of stains on it and needs to be replaced. The door to the washer and dryer was aggravating to deal with because it was broken and the dryer did not dry our clothes. It was a decent place but definitely needs a few improvements.

Pictures can be deceiving, Traveler BEWARE!

DIRTY, RUN DOWN, NEGLECTED. We travel to Myrtle every spring; we have found a location that we really like. Found this unit, appeared to be a nice facility in the location we like. I booked, if course it is through a large corporate property management company. I had several questions, when messaged, I received a canned response from an automated system that did not tell me anything. First RED Flag. Check in day. Upon getting in the door, I was knocked down by a very strong odor of cigarette smoke and a strong smell of marijuana. I reported this to the automated text that I had received. I also tried calling the number provided, but there was no answer. This was supposed to be a non-smoking unit. It only got worse from there. The carpets were filthy with numerous stains and general black dingy look. the carpet was pulling away from the kitchen transition exposing the tack strip. Dirty toilets, dirty light switches, overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I provided photos an expressed my dissatisfaction multiple times. I requested a full refund. Nope, received less money than I could spend at lunch. That is what VACASA determined to be the resolution to my ruined vacation. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Not very clean

Location great-have stayed in other pet friendly properties in Magnolia Pointe before. Carpet in this unit very dirty with many stains-walked on it after a shower and my feet got dirty immediately. Also ripped. Bathrooms clean-kitchen clean (not well stocked)-bedrooms clean-bed comfortable Washer OK-dryer never dried clothes. Followed instructions to enter the unit-they did not work. Person on phone gave me many different codes-none worked. Thankfully there was someone local who came to the unit and was able to get us in-great job Lily!
