Travellers need to be made aware that NO bathroom towels and NO bed linens are provided. This was communicated to us AFTER we booked. Flying from another country, we weren’t about to pack a full set of towels and linens.Also, should the weather be hot, there is no air condition or fans provided. We left a day early because we had no relief from the heat. The apartment was clean and cute and had close access to the beach which was great. Parking is very hard to access.

Chère Nicole, Je suis très ennuyé.. Dans notre descriptif, il n'est pas indiqué que le linge de lit et serviettes sont inclus. (Notre préférence commerciale depuis plusieurs années .. Proposer des prix bas par nuitée,dans des logements classés 3 ou 4 étoiles).. Bien avant votre venue, Dans la messagerie Abritrel,..il vous a bien été indiqué ( avec dimensions du lit)..de prévoir linges de lit et serviettes. Ensuite, Sur simple demande des voyageurs,, nous mettons a disposition forfait 29 euros..linges de lit et serviettes pour toute la durée du séjour. Nous n'avons reçu aucune demande de votre part. Sur place ..Durant votre vérification de l'état des lieux, votre message sur la messagerie Abritel indique " un ventilateur est-il présent dans l'appartement." Notre réponse se rapportant au descriptif est Non.. Ensuite..Une fois de plus, vous ne faites aucune demande par la messagerie Abritel pour la mise a disposition d'un ventilateur..( nous en avons 4..) Nos logements ont une importante isolation thermique, acoustique, Pour informations.... aucun voyageurs ne s'est plaint durant la période de votre séjour, et ,encore a ce jour...Je vous laisse vérifier par tous moyens a votre convenance . Nous avons découvert que vous avez utilisez des serviettes de plage ..en remplacement des draps.( c'est peut être la votre inconfort, pour la chaleur ressentie .).. Sur place, ....vous n'avez pas évoqué.votre absence de draps et serviettes.. de surcroit.. nous n'aons pas été interrogé...sur la mise a disposition de draps et serviettes. Merci pour votre compréhension , a la lecture de ces informations. Bonne réception raymond
